2022-Present

  • Built and managed ventures like Lim Properties (real estate rentals) and Lim Transport Services (TNVS + tours), turning small beginnings into steady income streams.
  • Played a key role in the Catch the Wave campaign under Community Wireless & Power, contributing to strategy, storytelling, and content direction that amplified nationwide visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborated with designers, writers, and marketing heads to shape brand messaging and community impact.
  • Continued to expand into branding, multimedia, and communication strategy, combining business goals with creative storytelling.

Content Creation & Media

2021–2022

  • Ventured into the world of international content marketing, managing social media for Simply Select & Simply Select Yachts, both under high-end lifestyle and travel niches.
  • Produced reels, visuals, and campaigns that embodied luxury storytelling, consistency, and aesthetic refinement.
  • Discovered how strategy, tone, and storytelling shape audience trust – especially in premium markets.

Finance & Marketing Head

2020

  • Served as Finance & Marketing Head for VOX Mindanao 2020: Young Leaders’ Parliament, a joint event by USTP and Xavier University.
  • Secured 10+ sponsors, including Nature Spring, Del Monte, and Boy Zugba, surpassing previous year’s records.
  • Learned to balance logistics, partnerships, and persuasion while leading youth-driven advocacy efforts.

Concert Promotions

2019–2020

  • Worked with GMA Regional TV for The Sweetheart and The Balladeer concert – handling ticket sales, influencer outreach, and promotions.
  • Initiated creative marketing tactics like partnering with local influencers and institutions, driving impressive six-digit sales.
  • Gained first-hand experience in entertainment marketing and the energy of large-scale live events.

Student Leadership & Events

  • Began the journey through student leadership, joining organizations that honed public speaking, project planning, and people management skills.
