Overview
Lim Properties began as a personal investment that turned into a growing rental venture in Camella Cerritos, Cagayan de Oro city. Since 2018, I’ve managed the property hands-on from maintaining the space and furnishing it, to creating listings, coordinating with brokers, and handling client viewings. What started as a simple rental goal evolved into a steady business stream built on word-of-mouth, digital visibility, and community relationships.
Execution & Impact
I handled every aspect of the rental process - marketing the property through social media and broker networks, managing bookings and inquiries, and ensuring the unit was consistently in prime condition for tenants. Over time, these efforts led to consistent monthly occupancy and long-term tenant relationships, turning the property into a reliable passive income source and proof of how communication and presentation play a role even in real estate.
